Shopping for underwear on the internet can be hard, we know. That's why we've created an easy-to-follow panty fit guide. Start with the size chart below and then click HERE to open our fit guide.
Our underwear runs true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up in our Queen's Lace underwear styles.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your Bloomers. That's why we'll accept returns within 30 days from the time when your order arrives.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it - unworn (of course!), with all tags attached, and in the laundry bag packaging. To help ensure your order is eligible for a return, we recommend trying on your Bloomers over a pair of underwear or pantyhose. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.
To start a return:
Email hello@bloomersintimates.com with your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase. We’ll then email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of your return request.
For domestic orders: If you use the return label we provide you, a $7 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
For international orders: International customers must arrange and cover the cost of their own return shipping.
Please note:
- All return requests must be initiated through our Customer Care department. Returns not initiated through these methods may be donated or discarded, and won’t be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- If you do not return your items in the original laundry bag packaging, an additional $3 fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If you received a free item with your purchase, it must be sent back with your return to be eligible for a refund.
- Sale items and accessory items are final sale and non-refundable.
Please allow 7 business days for us to process your return once it has been received. We will notify you once we’ve received your return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the cost of the original shipping fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you are returning a gift you received, we will issue store credit in the form of an e-gift card or we can process a free exchange. Rest assured that the person who purchased your gift will not be notified of the return.
Exchanges are free!
Not your size? Not your problem! We offer free exchanges on unworn items so you can find your perfect pair of Bloomers. To help ensure your order is eligible for an exchange, we recommend trying on your Bloomers over a pair of underwear or pantyhose.
To start an exchange, email hello@bloomersintimates.com with your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase. We’ll then email you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. As soon as we receive your order at our warehouse, we will ship your preferred size Bloomers. Easy peasy.

Take care of your garment by turning it inside out and placing it in our reusable mesh laundry bag. Machine wash on gentle with like colors. Hand washing is also a great option!
Do not machine dry as it will ruin the stretch lace. Lay flat to dry and have a bootyfull day!
