Our Queen's Lace underwear is made from 82% nylon/18% spandex with a 100% cotton lining.

Lace is delicate and should be handled with care. When pulling on your Bloomers, please be mindful of zippers and jewelry, pointing your thumbs downward so they don't poke the lace.

Take care of your pair by turning them inside out, placing them in our mesh laundry bag and machine washing on gentle cycle. Hand washing is also a great option! Lay flat to dry as heat will ruin the stretch lace. 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your Bloomers. That's why we'll accept returns within 30 days from when your order arrives. Returned items must be in the same condition they were received, unworn (of course), with all the tags still attached. To help ensure your order is eligible for a return, we recommend trying on your Bloomers over a pair of underwear or pantyhose.

To start a return, contact us at hello@bloomersintimates.com with your order number or the email address you used to make the purchase. We’ll then email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

For domestic orders: If you use the return label we provide, a $7.00 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

For international orders:  International customers must pay for their own return shipping.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges are free!

Not your size? Not your problem! We offer free exchanges on unworn items so you can find your perfect pair of Bloomers. To help ensure your order is eligible for an exchange, we recommend trying on your Bloomers over a pair of underwear or pantyhose.

To start an exchange, contact us at hello@bloomersintimates.com with your order number or the email address you used to make the purchase. We’ll then email you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. As soon as we receive your order at our warehouse, we will ship your preferred size Bloomers. Easy peasy.

All US orders ship FREE of charge via USPS Ground Advantage™ service. 

For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
